Any credit card information submitted via the Pur Pak website shopping cart is secured via industry standards, rules and regulation, when credit card information is entered it is encrypted. All credit card processing will occur via Authorize.net, Pur Pak does not store credit card information.
Shipping Policy:
All orders are shipped via USPS priority mail. Shipping rates are subject to change due to changes in USPS rates.
Refund Policy:
You may return unopened items sold by Pür Pak LLC within 15 days of delivery for a full refund. All returns are subject to a $25 restocking fee for all non-defective unopened merchandise. For all returns please contact customer service for an RA number at info@livepurpak.com, return shipping costs are paid by customer.
