I’m inspired by all the delicious Pur Pak smoothie ideas I’ve seen on here and the Pur Pak Facebook page, so I made my own when I got back from a run today, using whatever was in the fridge. I started with a pack of tangy berry Pur Pak mixed with Rice Dream vanilla rice milk, some Fage 0% plain greek yogurt, some blueberries and some Very Cherry mixed fruit from Trader Joe’s frozen in the freezer. Refreshing and rehydrating!
