Fill yourself up with a powerhouse of protein, healthy fats, vitamins, and antioxidants with this creamy tropical smoothie. Plus, it tastes so delicious you’ll feel like you’re on a vacation in the islands. This is great for a quick, energy-boosting breakfast on-the-go or refreshing snack anytime!


  • 4-5 frozen strawberries
  • 1/4 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1 packet of citrus Pür Pak
  • 1/4 cup light coconut milk
  • 3/4 cup water
  • 1/2 tsp xanthan gum*
do not omit – this makes the smoothie thick and creamy! 
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smoothie. Top with shredded coconut. Enjoy your taste of tropical paradise!
